Description

The historical science and arts Francophone College Ahuntsic was founded in 1967 located in Montreal, Quebec Canada. The college offers both pre-university and technical programs. It is one of the largest CEGEPs in Quebec with the number of 10000 students.

Balzac submit the proposal to CEGEP for the development of the new campus and hostel building also renovation of the Labs Auditorium and 45 classrooms, which was accepted by CEGEP.

This project was the priority on its time, Balzac wanted to offer more than CEGEP’S expectations. With the help of our professional designers who understands the needs of the students, we developed the new exterior design of the building which was much appreciated by the board and the college management.

To avoid any delay in the educational period, Balzac first complete the renovation of the 45 classroom within two months’ summer vacations, and at the same time built the foundation of the campus and hostel building. The second campus building included 15 classrooms library and research facility. To accommodate 429 students, Balzac built luxurious hostel building with 268 studio apartments and 156 two bedroom-units’ kitchen facility and other.

As per the commitment, Balzac did complete successfully college ahuntsic project within the timeline, and manage to create a wide opportunity for the new schools and college buildings project all over Canada.
