Our high-performance Primavera P6 software integrates the project schedule with cost control, change management, and contract billing. This allows the project to be broken down into numerous formats including per floor, per trade, exterior and interior.

We are industry leaders in utilizing the Building Information Model (BIM) for scheduling. This gives us the ability to create 3-D schedules based on the BIM model, or create a 3-D schedule from 2-D drawings. We also have the additional ability to cost load and manpower load the project schedules.

The benefits of using BIM scheduling are significant. Breaking the schedules down into phased construction elements allows user groups to better visualize the planning stages. This can lead to reduced costs of large and small construction coordination issues that may be attached to extra construction costs.
